Marijuana in the 60's had a THC level of just 2%. Breeders raised that to as much as 20%. But the products sold legally in cannabis dispensaries today--to be vaped, eaten, or drunk--can have a potency of up to 95%. At that level, cannabis becomes a psychosis-causing drug that can be more dangerous than meth or heroin. And states are legalizing cannabis with no attention to potency or dosages.
